CHICAGO, March 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Malloy Imrie & Vasconi Insurance Services, LLC (MIV Insurance). The acquisition will enhance Hub’s commercial and employee benefit services in theĀ agribusinessĀ industry and high net worth personal insurance, and better position MIV Insurance with expanded scale capabilities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Located in California’s Napa Valley, with offices in Saint Helena and Napa, MIV Insurance is an independent firm providing commercial, employee benefits and personal insurance to clients throughout California. Their expertise in agribusiness, especially in the wine industry, and personal insurance support Hub’s Specialty practice and Private ClientĀ segment by complementing and strengthening Hub’s existing capabilities.
