National law firm deepens Dallas presence with elite corporate talent
DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Nationwide law firm Hilgers Graben is pleased to announce that Kelsey Shofner has joined its Dallas office as Senior Counsel in the Corporate Division. Her arrival underscores the firm’s commitment to expanding its presence in North Texas and meeting regional demand for high-caliber corporate and governance counsel.

Ms. Shofner’s background includes serving as assistant general counsel of a family-owned and operated business based in DFW but with a nationwide presence. After her time in-house, Kelsey founded Shofner Consulting, PLLC, where she partnered with clients on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including entity formation, contract preparation and negotiation, employment policies, intellectual property protection and HR best practices.
Kelsey also worked in the corporate group of a nationally recognized law firm, leading private fundraising and merger and acquisition deals ranging from $1 million to $150 million total equity value.
Her arrival continues the firm’s Dallas office expansion, especially in complex commercial litigation, discovery counsel and corporate adjunct services.
