Glean Work AI platform is integrated with Microsoft Agent 365, providing personalized, secure AI across Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Outlook, and more
PALO ALTO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Work AI leader Glean today announced an integration with Microsoft Agent 365, bringing Glean’s secure, enterprise-grade AI directly into the daily flow of work for Microsoft 365 users. As a launch partner for Agent 365, Glean enables enterprises to deliver context-rich assistance across the Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Word, Teams, and more, transforming how employees find information, automate tasks, and act with confidence.
By integrating Glean with Agent 365, enterprises unlock intelligent, agentic capabilities grounded in real-time organizational context, accelerating decision-making, improving productivity, and unlocking new business value across every function.
AI That Understands the Full Picture – Now with Agent 365 integration
With this integration, Glean can be accessed as part of Agent 365’s new AI-powered experience across the Microsoft 365 apps. Employees can summon Glean within the Microsoft 365 tools they already rely on, bringing context-aware intelligence to use cases such as:
- Draft strategy documents in Word, with personalized, referenceable insights pulled from across the organization
- Write personalized emails in Outlook that reflect your writing style for diverse scenarios whether that be internal status reports or external customer communications
Glean’s capabilities are powered by the Enterprise Graph, which connects people, content, and activity across all app data – structured and unstructured – to deliver rich context to AI.
Within Agent 365, Glean continues to run on the same foundational security layer, Glean Protect. It ensures that context usage respects permissions, sensitive data remains secure, models are safeguarded against malicious attacks, and agents operate within scope. Glean in Agent 365 is coming soon.
“Glean layers effortlessly across our Microsoft ecosystem and the rest of our business apps, allowing us to search, analyze, and act on all of our work in one secure, enterprise-grade platform. Glean is the connective tissue of our knowledge ecosystem – helping us answer questions quickly and accurately, and always referencing source knowledge used.” – Benji Jasik, Head of Technology, Generate Capital
“We rely on Glean to unify our Microsoft ecosystem and all our internal data into one connected truth – fueling smarter decisions and faster value creation.” – Thomas Emmons, Global CTO, Accordion
“Enterprises are moving from experimenting with AI to operationalizing it, and that requires technology that’s open, extensible, and deeply integrated in the flow of work. Context is quickly becoming the new data platform and by making that context available everywhere people work across the Microsoft ecosystem, we’re helping customers innovate faster on a secure foundation, bringing agentic intelligence into every layer of how they operate and create value.” – Arvind Jain, Founder & CEO, Glean
‘“We’re pleased to welcome Glean to the Microsoft Agent 365 ecosystem and collaborate to help customers innovate faster and stay secure, bringing agents into the same trusted environment as users with familiar infrastructure, apps, and protections.” – Nirav Shah, Corporate Vice President, Microsoft Agent 365
