Former Exelon and Lockheed Martin Counsel Strengthens Business and Tax Law Services
ANNAPOLIS, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Glen Frost, Founder and Managing Partner of Frost Law, is pleased to announce that Lorenzo Bivans has joined the firm as a Director, focusing on transactional matters and tax planning. Lorenzo brings extensive experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and the formation and restructuring of business entities.

Prior to joining Frost Law, Lorenzo served as Senior Counsel in Rosenberg Martin Greenberg’s Business Planning and Transactions and Tax and Wealth Planning groups, where he advised on the structural and tax aspects of complex business transactions. Earlier in his career, he also served as in-house counsel at Exelon and Lockheed Martin, managing corporate transactions and navigating legal and tax matters in the energy and defense industries. He has practiced at both major and mid-sized law firms, with extensive experience in federal tax planning, including renewable energy credits and other tax incentives, as well as related state and local tax issues. Lorenzo closely monitors federal legislative developments, IRS and Treasury guidance, and industry initiatives to provide practical, forward-looking advice.
Barred in Maryland and the District of Columbia, Lorenzo is a current member of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, and the Maryland State Bar Association. He also serves on the Boards of Directors for Maryland Legal Aid and the Maryland Center for Legal Assistance. Known for his practical, results-driven approach, he helps clients navigate complex business transactions and the legal and financial considerations of growth, restructuring, and strategic planning.
