Founded by former diplomat Takashi Kawamoto, the firm positions itself as an on-the-ground partner helping executives turn strategy into action across borders.

Kawamoto’s career spans diplomacy, consulting, and corporate leadership. He served as a diplomat at Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a strategy consultant at Deloitte, an officer at the United Nations in Brussels, and a director at Brunswick Group in Washington, D.C. Most recently, he was Director of Corporate Planning & M&A Strategy at Kansai Paint headquarters in Osaka, leading global transactions and corporate transformation.
