IRVING, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#FluorBuildsABetterWorld—Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announced today that Tracey Cook has been named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective April 7, 2025, succeeding Stacy Dillow, who is leaving Fluor to pursue a new opportunity.
Cook, currently Senior Vice President of Human Resources, has been with Fluor for 35 years and has held several senior leadership positions in Finance, as President of Fluor’s former equipment subsidiary, AMECO, and most recently, in Human Resources.
