Finance & Restructuring Partner Jonathan Vance Joins Dorsey in Dallas

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jonathan Vance has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a Partner in the Firmโ€™s Finance & Restructuring group in Dallas, the international law firm announced today.




Jonathan focuses on a wide variety of secured financing transactions representing both bank and non-bank lenders in a variety of cash flow and asset-based lending transactions, including lender finance, acquisition finance, and other specialty finance transactions.

Prior to joining Dorsey, Jonathan served as a finance attorney at several international law firms, where he concentrated his practice in cash flow and asset-based lending, and other syndicated and non-syndicated finance transactions. He comes to Dorsey from K&L Gates LLP, where he was a partner. Jonathan received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
