The acquisition closed in Q1 of this year and includes Wavetechs’ full team, proprietary product suite, and customer base.
Wavetechs will be fully integrated into the Fibernow Business division, rounding out the company’s SMB offering with a full suite of managed IT services, implementation support, and a customer-first service model. This strategic move positions Fibernow as a true one-stop shop for small and medium-sized businesses, offering fiber internet, hosted voice, and now fully managed IT solutions under one roof.
