OKLAHOMA CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#FedermanSherwood–The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Form 1-9 Compliance with respect to their recent data breach. On or about February 5, 2024, an unauthorized third party obtained access to a portion of Form 1-9 Compliance’s network. On April 12, 2024, Form 1-9 Compliance became aware of the unauthorized activity and promptly took a portion of its network offline, activated its response process, and launched an investigation into the scope and nature of the event. The investigation determined that the following information was accessed: individuals name and Social Security number.
