Exchange Bank Partners with FHLBank San Francisco to Award Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians $800,000 Grant

SANTA ROSA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Exchange Bank (OTC: EXSR), in collaboration with the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (FHLBank San Francisco), is proud to announce an $800,000 grant awarded to the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians that will support capacity building for affordable housing development. This funding, the largest grant Exchange Bank has ever delivered, will be used to support affordable housing initiatives for the Dry Creek Rancheria community.




Access to quality, affordable housing is essential for the well-being and stability of communities, and this grant represents a significant step toward addressing housing needs for the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians. The funding will go toward developing sustainable and accessible housing solutions, ensuring that tribal members have a safe and secure place to call home.
