The TCA Elite Fleet Program, now in its second year, recognizes North American truckload carriers that demonstrate excellence in driver experience, safety culture, operational performance, and workplace quality. The certification process was developed in partnership with the University of Denver’s Transportation & Supply Chain Institute and evaluates carriers across key performance areas including driver satisfaction, compensation and benefits, safety outcomes, operational efficiency, and quality of life. Results are validated through confidential surveys of company drivers and independent contractors.
