Brillio acquires Cognetik to help expand their analytical capabilities

Digital technology consulting and solutions provider Brillio announced today in a company press release that they have acquired Cognetik to expand its analytics capabilities and bolster the company’s industry depth in retail and consumer purchased goods.

The acquisition has been made with the aim to help Brillio’s clients to build and implement analytics solutions that optimise the customer experience to increase loyalty, drive revenue, and advance business transformation.

Brillio offers its clients a range of consulting and service solutions in the digital space with this acquisition expected to help Brillio offer better data and insight solutions to its clients as they will now be able to provide personalisation and omnichannel solutions.

The timing of the acquisition comes at a time where companies are looking to drive the growth of their platforms and enhance value to their customers by implementing digital transformation and emerging technology capabilities with a survey conducted by Fortune finding that more than 75% of CEOs are looking to accelerate their company’s digital transformation.

Recent examples of this include the announcement from TechData that they’re planning to spend $750m on digital transformation for their business processes while ING Direct has recently chosen Expert System to improve their business processes.

The Silicon Valley-based digital technology consulting and solutions provider was started in 2014 and since then has grown to a team of over 2,300 people with offices in America, Canada, the U.K., and India with the company claiming to have been growing at a CAGR of over 30% for the previous three years.

The digital technology consulting and solutions provider has a range of solutions it offers in its suite which includes cloud transformation, intelligent enterprise, modern engineering, technology and advisory, design and consulting, and customer engagement.

To accompany the solutions they provide, Brillio offers services that include digital infrastructure, big data and analytics, product engineering, advanced technologies, digital experiences, and customer engagement.

The digital technology consulting and solutions provider has a number of globally recognised brands as their alliance partners who include Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft, Salesforce, and Mulesoft.

Cognetik has years of experience when it comes to implementing analytical solutions and data insights with its services and capabilities helping businesses increase brand loyalty, optimise customer experience, and grow revenues.

The details and amount of money paid for Cognetik were not disclosed.
