What Happened?

On October 23, 2025, during aftermarket trading hours, Picardโ€™s stock crashed abruptly, plunging approximately 70%, from $13.20 to close at $3.99 per share.

Investigations and public reports have since indicated that Picardโ€™s stock became the subject of an illicit social-media-based promotion scheme in which impersonators using stolen identities of real financial advisors touted Picard in online forums, chat groups, and social media posts in order to artificially inflate its price.

What Is The Lawsuit About?

The complaint filed in this class action alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Companyโ€™s business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants failed to disclose to investors: (1) that Picard was the subject of a fraudulent stock promotion scheme involving social media-based misinformation and impersonated financial professionals; (2) that insiders and/or affiliates used offshore or nominee accounts to facilitate the coordinated dumping of shares during a price inflation campaign; (3) that Picardโ€™s public statements and risk disclosures omitted any mention of the false rumors and artificial trading activity driving the stock price; and (4) as a result, Defendantsโ€™ positive statements about the Companyโ€™s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

If you purchased or otherwise acquired Picard securities during the Class Period, you may move the Court no later than April 3, 2026 to ask the Court to appoint you as lead plaintiff if you meet certain legal requirements.
