In his new role, Scott will lead efforts to strengthen the company’s organizational culture, foster employee engagement, and support ConstructConnect’s mission to help the construction industry start every project on a solid foundation.

Scott is joining ConstructConnect from NTT DATA Business Solutions, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer, Americas since 2019, a role in which he managed the employee lifecycle including recruiting, total rewards, talent management, and employee development. His career spans 25+ years in technology and consumer products industries, with a focus on workforce management, organizational development, talent pipeline and human resources leadership. During that time, he has held many senior-level management positions at companies such as Convergys, The Coca-Cola Company, and Paycor.
