Club Pilates Unveils Circuit, Brand’s First New National Class in Seven Years

Launching This Month – Circuit-Style Pilates Format Designed to Build Strength, Stamina, and Control

IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Club Pilates, the world’s largest Pilates brand, announced today the national launch of Circuit, its first new class format to roll out nationwide in seven years. Launching across studios beginning this month, Circuit delivers a dynamic, full-body workout that blends strength, mobility, endurance, and cardio through structured, circuit-style Pilates rounds.

Developed in response to evolving member demand for higher-intensity, performance-driven workouts within a Pilates framework, Circuit marks a significant milestone for the brand. Studios began introducing the class to their schedules in late 2025, with strong early adoption and enthusiasm across markets.

“Circuit marks an important evolution for Club Pilates,” said Tianna Strateman, Brand President of Club Pilates. “As our first new national class in seven years, this launch reflects how thoughtfully we innovate – listening to our members and delivering new challenges while staying rooted in the principles that define Pilates.”

Circuit is a progressive, full-body Pilates class designed to challenge strength, stamina, and coordination while maintaining the precision and control that define Pilates. Offered in Levels 1.5 and 2, Circuit is ideal for both ‘advanced beginner’ and ‘intermediate’ members looking to elevate their Pilates practice through circuit-style training. Each class begins with a purposeful warm-up to activate key muscle groups and prepare the body for movement and concludes with dedicated prone work to support postural muscles.

The class also features:

  • Three progressive circuit rounds combining endurance, mobility, strength and cardio.
  • The strategic use of multiple pieces of equipment, including a Pilates reformer, springboard, mat, and chair.
  • Targeted upper body, lower body, and core stations.
  • Built-in cardio bursts between rounds to elevate intensity.
  • A restorative cool-down to rebalance the body.

In addition to the nationwide rollout, select Club Pilates studios will bring Circuit directly into their local communities through ‘Move Stronger with Circuit’ events — free, outdoor mat Pilates classes designed to introduce the format in an accessible, equipment-free setting. Hosted at local community spaces, these beginner-friendly classes adapt Circuit’s signature circuit-style structure into a dynamic mat experience, welcoming both current members and new faces to move, connect, and experience Pilates beyond the studio walls.
