Peter Serves on the Boards of CCMP Growth Portfolio Companies Airo Mechanical, Innovative Refrigeration Systems and Omnia Exterior Solutions
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CCMP Growth Advisors, LP (“CCMP Growth” or the “Firm”), a private equity firm that partners with high growth, lower middle market industrial and consumer companies to build enduring growth, today announced that it has appointed Peter Papagiannis as an Executive Advisor.
Peter has a longstanding relationship with the CCMP Growth team and is fully aligned with the firm’s approach to portfolio company value creation. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of CCMP Growth portfolio companies Airo Mechanical, Innovative Refrigeration Systems and Omnia Exterior Solutions. He was most recently the Global Chief Operating Officer of BGIS, a CCMP Capital portfolio company, and was instrumental in the initial set up and management of BGIS’ predecessor companies, along with the execution and integration of over 20 strategic add-on acquisitions. Under his leadership, BGIS grew from a small joint venture to a global enterprise with over 10,000 employees and over C$3 billion of gross revenue.

Peter is CCMP Growth’s third Executive Advisor, joining Mark Hornick and Bill Reminder. Earlier in his career, Peter held various executive positions within the real estate and related services sectors, including CFO of Ontario Realty Corporation, SVP National Operations at Colliers International Canada, VP Real Estate Operations at Canadian Tire Corporation, and VP at First Capital Realty where he also led the creation of the internal property management company. He is focused on aligning service delivery quality and capability with a balanced risk management view, which helps drive growth. Peter is a CPA (CMA) and a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University.
