New endeavor focuses on a positive patient and caregiver experience from start to finish
Co-founders bring more than 15 years of combined experience participating in clinical trials and know the importance of on-demand, high-touch support
DURHAM, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#biotech—Canary Advisors, an industry leader in patient engagement, today announced the launch of Canary Concierge, a personalized clinical trial travel partner to help ensure a positive experience for the patients and caregivers who bravely choose to participate in scientific research.
Canary Concierge will offer best in class partnerships, personalized responses to patient needs, and a proprietary clinical trial burden checklist aimed at improving retention, increasing engagement, and delivering greater participant satisfaction throughout the trial experience.

McNary has 15 years of trial participation as a caregiver to one of her 3 sons living with rare disease, and as a healthy volunteer in trials benefiting others. Kahn brings a background in clinical research and patient-focused drug development. Andrew Richards, a rare disease travel specialist with a multi-year, proven record of patient satisfaction facilitating client-friendly travel and lodging, will serve as Family Care Team Lead. Richards brings nearly four years of accessible, international patient-focused travel experience to the team having served several hundred families in multiple disease states across more than 15 countries.
