After losing her father to ALS, Alyse leaves behind her studio and embarks on an 8,000-mile journey across the United States in her RV. Traveling through cities including San Diego, Casper, Bethesda, D.C., Memphis, Dallas, Neptune Beach, and Tuscaloosa, she connects with people from all walks of life, who offer profound lessons about life, grief, and the courage to choose joy—no matter the circumstances.
In a time when the world often feels divided, Joy Drive invites viewers into something different. Through honest, unscripted conversations, walls begin to soften, and something deeper rises.
“No matter where I went in the country, one thing kept showing up,” says Alyse. “We may disagree on a lot, but we all agree on this. We could all use more joy. And more importantly, we’re all looking for it in the same place. In connection.”
