Roman Fedytskyi is Head of Software Development at JetSoftPro, where he leads a 160-person engineering team delivering complex fintech, e-commerce, and AI-driven platforms. Since joining JetSoftPro in 2020, he has scaled the frontend department, built a developer training center, and introduced an SDLC framework that tripled delivery efficiency. Roman’s leadership has driven successful projects including Connect (remote appliance repair during COVID-19), Clikk App (social media sharing), PlatX (beauty business management in the UAE), and fintech/payment platforms such as Pay With Glass. Prior to JetSoftPro, he held engineering roles at N-iX, FaceIT, 2Solar, Multicora, and Datamart, contributing to peer-to-peer lending, real estate, renewable energy, and advanced analytics solutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and a Master’s degree in Management and Administration from the Ukrainian Catholic University.
