Nigel qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloittes in 1977 before joining Deloitte’s Executive Office in London and New York. In 1985 he joined Merrill Lynch Europe as a co-founder of its Emerging Growth Companies Division. In the early 1990s he founded his own Chartered Accounting and Corporate Finance firms, working in parallel for many years in film production, music management and concert production an then became Corporate Finance Director of London-based Clubb Capital Limited which specialised in raising Euro Equity for biotechnology companies. 20 years he founded corporate investigation specialist Y Limited and then developed GreyList Trace
