Marc Ragsdale is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and researcher, and the founder of Kaamfu Inc., the culmination of 25 years of research into the future of work. His research program, the Ragsdale Framework for Autonomous Organizations (RFAO), is the first maturity model describing how enterprises advance toward autonomization. From this foundation he introduced the Autonomous Operating Environment (AOE), a new software category that enables organizations to pursue self-management and autonomy in a systematic way.
