    Dr. Bruce W. Fraser is a professor of philosophy and serves as the Director of the Institute for Academic Excellence at Indian River State College (IRSC), where he leads faculty development and oversees the college's AI initiatives. As a founding member and Co-Chair of the Florida AI Learning Consortium (FALCON), he lectures widely on the intersection of generative AI and higher education. Dr. Fraser resides in Vero Beach, Florida.
