Move unifies Armada Supply Chain Solutions, Sunset Transportation and ATEC Logistics under the Armada brand and positions company for accelerated growth
PITTSBURGH–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Armada Sunset Holdings announced today that it will formally integrate Armada Supply Chain Solutions, Sunset Transportation and ATEC Logistics under the Armada brand in 2026 with Chris O’Brien, the current President of Armada Sunset Holdings, assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer of Armada effective Jan. 1, 2026. The consolidation is a strategic move to clarify market presence, streamline operations and carry forward the company’s evolution as a unified supply chain and logistics leader.
Joe Dominijanni, the current CEO of Armada Supply Chain Solutions, will become Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, while John Burke will continue serving as Chair of the Board. Burke, Dominijanni and O’Brien remain deeply committed to Armada’s long-term growth and direction.
The integration reflects close collaboration with the leadership of Sunset and ATEC, whose teams will play a central role in shaping the integration strategy. While the unified brand signals a new chapter, it will continue to honor the distinct legacy, capabilities and strengths of each company, bringing the best of each into an even stronger Armada.

Since joining Armada Sunset Holdings in early 2025, O’Brien has focused on aligning operations and establishing a foundation for long-term growth.
