Transaction strengthens Argano’s JD Edwards capabilities with expanded Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and long-term managed services expertise
PLANO, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Argano, the world’s first and largest Global Specialist Consultancy exclusively focused on the design and delivery of High-Performance Business Operations with an AI-forward approach to transformation, today announced the acquisition of Denovo Ventures, LLC (“Denovo”), a digital transformation and managed services provider with a specialized focus on Oracle ERP infrastructure, cloud migration, and enterprise system support.
Denovo represents Argano’s tenth transaction since the inception of the transformational growth program announced in April 2025, and the twenty-sixth since the company’s founding in 2020. By bringing together highly specialized organizations, Argano continues to scale a unique, value-added ecosystem designed to address complex operational requirements across the enterprise.
Established in 2003, Denovo is a trusted partner to organizations running Oracle’s and JD Edwards (JDE) platforms. The company specializes in migrating and supporting ERP platforms on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and delivers long-term managed services spanning infrastructure operations, hosting, and system administration. Supported by a team of deeply Oracle-certified professionals, Denovo helps clients maintain system stability, operational resilience, and scalable performance through flexible deployment models across private cloud and hybrid environments, among others. The addition of Denovo’s deep OCI and managed services expertise and its extensive JDE client base meaningfully expands Argano’s Oracle Cloud capabilities, creates new opportunities to deliver application services into a captive JDE install base, and accelerates clients’ modernization pathways to Oracle Fusion.
