OLDWICK, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#insurance—AM Best has withdrawn the Financial Strength Rating of B++ (Good) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of “bbb” (Good) of North American Insurance Company (Oklahoma City, OK). At the time of the withdrawal, the outlook of these Credit Ratings (ratings) was stable.
The withdrawal of the ratings is the result of the sale of North American Insurance Company to Knighthead Holdings Ltd (Caymana Bay, Cayman Islands), which has been approved by the Oklahoma Department of Insurance.
