Walton will lead Altair’s marketing, branding, and business development efforts as the firm expands its footprint across both established and emerging legal markets.
This strategic executive hire comes on the heels of Altair Law’s expansion into employment law, complementing its nationally recognized personal injury practice.

With over two decades of experience, Walton has held senior leadership roles across legal, financial, pharmaceutical, and real estate sectors. Most recently, he served as VP and CMO at Douglas Wilson Companies. From 2015 to 2023, he was Regional Head of Marketing at national Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli. His prior experience includes key roles at AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and Bank of America, where he led impactful marketing strategies in complex, highly regulated environments.
As CMO, Walton will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, media and public relations, digital outreach, client engagement, and lead generation. His efforts will focus on strengthening Altair’s market position and supporting long-term strategic objectives.
