COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa, April 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Acieta, a leading provider of industrial robotic automation solutions, today announced it is evolving its production footprint to better meet the needs of its growing customer base. The company is expanding production activity across its North American facilities to support increasing demand for larger and more complex automation programs.
As part of this transition, Acieta will shift production activity from its Waukesha, Wisconsin location to its five other facilities, while maintaining Waukesha as an active branch within its network. This alignment reflects the company’s focus on scaling operations, improving efficiency, and positioning its facilities to support continued growth across its North American footprint.
In addition, Acieta is expanding standardized production and training capabilities across its broader network, allowing these services to be delivered across multiple locations rather than a single site. Through the continued growth of its Acieta Integrated Services (AIS) group, the company is expanding access to training, support, and aftermarket services across all facilities.
This strategic alignment reflects Acieta’s continued growth and its focus on scaling operations to meet rising demand for advanced automation solutions. Under the leadership of CEO Corwin Carson, the company has integrated operations across five North American facilities totaling nearly 300,000 square feet, delivering the capacity, consistency, and technical capability required to support increasingly large and complex automation programs across a wide range of industries.
“We’re seeing strong momentum across the business,” said Corwin Carson, CEO of Acieta. “As our customers take on larger and more complex automation initiatives, we’ve aligned our operations across North America to deliver the scale and consistency required to support them. We’ve also expanded our capabilities and diversified our customer base to support a broader range of programs. That approach has driven 25% year-over-year bookings growth over the past two years, a fourfold increase in average project size, and a significant expansion of our backlog—positioning Acieta to continue growing even as the industry faces headwinds.”
Acieta’s growth and scale were recently recognized at the 2026 FANUC Authorized System Integrator Conference, where the company received the Exemplary Sales Award—reflecting the deployment of more than 150 robots—and the Outstanding Growth Award for achieving 50% year-over-year growth. Together, these honors highlight both the volume and momentum of Acieta’s automation programs, as well as the strength of its partnership with FANUC America Corporation.
Acieta’s continued growth has also driven changes across its workforce. While the transition of production activity impacted some roles at the Waukesha facility, the company provided relocation and remote opportunities to affected employees, with the majority transitioning into roles across other Acieta locations.
The company continues to invest in its workforce and is actively hiring, with current openings across engineering, project management, service, and commercial roles. As Acieta expands to support increasing customer demand, the company is excited to welcome new talent to help drive the next phase of its growth.
