In her new role, Ms. Fowler will spearhead the company’s growth efforts tied to its newly-announced program offering recertified OEM manifold catalytic converters, processed through an EPA-certified process—making Accurate Recycling the first and only company to hold its own Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manufacturer code for this product line.

Unlike other companies that may clean and resell converters without full regulatory certification, Accurate Recycling has obtained its own EPA manufacturer code “ACX”—ensuring its reconditioning and sale process follows mandated EPA procedures. This gives dealerships, muffler shops, and other automotive partners a legally compliant, industry-first solution.
