ESAC provides independent verification of a PEO’s reliability and establishes standards for ethical conduct, professional competency, and financial and operational reliability. Politis brings a deep understanding of the standards and accountability that support trust in the PEO marketplace. Politis has worked with Alcott HR since 2015. Prior to joining Alcott HR, he held executive leadership and legal roles within the PEO industry.

For more than a decade, he has also served as NAPEO’s New York State Leadership Council Co-Chair.
