The announcement represents a significant milestone in the company’s capital formation strategy, transitioning from a disciplined build of its B2B travel, event, and marketing infrastructure platform with private support to broader investor participation.

Regulation Crowdfunding Expands Investor Access

Regulation Crowdfunding, commonly referred to as Reg CF, was introduced under the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act of 2012 and implemented by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2016. The framework, overseen by the SEC, allows private companies to raise capital online from both accredited and non-accredited investors.

A New Model for How a Company Gets Built

At its formation, Solutionz focused on building operational readiness and reducing risk before inviting in outside investors.

Development was funded by the founder, friends and family, and the executive team itself. In fact, while it is commonplace for the founding team to have significant sweat equity invested at this point, it is unusual for every member of the executive team to have contributed capital. It is even more extraordinary that the time invested exceeds 40 man-years.

The platform has been live-tested across 80 clients in five sectors. Solutionz is pre-revenue by design, a sequencing the company describes as risk reduction before scaling.

A New Model for How the Platform Earns

The company operates a business-to-business software platform called SMARTtools, which allows brands to embed trip planning, lodging booking, and charitable giving directly into the digital tools they already operate — websites, customer relationship management systems, calendars, content pages, and event registration flows. Deployment is a single HTML script. The platform includes eight configurable tools that brands can adopt individually or together to add a monetization and impact layer to their existing systems.

The company targets a segment known as “life travel.” The U.S. Travel Association reports that managed business travel accounts for 11%, unmanaged business 11%, and vacation 9%. Life travel accounts for the remaining percentage and includes experiential journeys, nonprofit travel, event attendance, family visits, and unplanned personal trips, such as healthcare and funerals.

Solutionz reaches travelers on the platforms they already use, resulting in lower customer acquisition costs and a higher-intent audience. Live-test results across the company’s client base show key performance indicators that consistently rank above industry averages:

  • 15.8% higher average daily room rate
  • 75% longer average stays

These mechanics drive the platform’s gross revenues, which are shared with clients through a transactional royalty and with each client’s designated charity through a structural donation.

The Solutionz model multiplies revenues without multiplying costs.

They can accomplish this because their inventory partners serve as the merchant of record for all travel transactions booked through the platform, providing inventory, payment processing, and 24/7 traveler support.

Solutionz receives a single commission payment each month, which eliminates accounts receivable. The structure removes the largest cost categories that traditional travel businesses carry — inventory, credit card processing, and call center operations.

A New Model for How the Company Gives

The impact portion of the Solutionz model is based on the premise that companies that give more, make more.

Charitable giving is built into the business model itself, not added as a corporate social responsibility program. Funds are directed to each client’s designated charity, based on whether they elect to receive a royalty or just make a donation. The structure means every transaction generates a donation of at least 10% and in the case of the giving model, the donation is 25%.

Solutionz also applies a 2x multiplier if its clients select a charity that benefits veterans or helps to eradicate trafficking.

The Founder and the Team

Chicke Fitzgerald is the founder and chief executive of Solutionz. She is the author of eCommerce Pioneers: The History of Global Travel Distribution, a reference work on how travel inventory is sourced, managed, and sold worldwide. Her career has spanned the industry’s transition from legacy Global Distribution Systems to today’s digital and AI-driven platforms, giving her direct experience across the full chain of how travel demand is created, captured, and monetized.

The Solutionz executive team brings a combined 178 years of experience in travel and event technology. The company is female-led and majority female-owned.

Partners include the Priceline Partner Network, HotelPlanner, EagleRider, and Anthropic, whose Claude AI platform supports an automated outbound sales system the company calls SMARTsales. The system identifies sector prospects, scores them, builds a live, branded version of the platform for each prospect, estimates the impact the tool will have when deployed, and delivers a personalized outbound communication.

The platform technology is patent-pending and represents the third generation of the underlying system. The company has also released a Chrome extension that embeds integrated trip planning into Google’s productivity applications.

What is Next for Solutionz?

Following the launch of its Netcapital Reg CF offering, Solutionz plans to accelerate the next phase of growth by expanding revenue-generating initiatives across its SMARTtools™ platform.
