Cases&Faces 2026 defined Augmentation as an Emerging Standard in Enterprise AI

4/5/2026

The International Business Conference and Award “Cases&Faces”, held on April 11, 2026, brought together founders, executives, and AI professionals from over 15 countries, reinforcing its position as a recognized platform focused on business outcomes. If there was a unifying message across the event, it was that implementation discipline matters more than AI enthusiasm, and the award framework showed this principle most clearly.

Numerous projects from over 15 countries — including the US, Israel, the UAE, Thailand, Russia, Canada, Spain, and Belarus — came together to compete. Independent judges evaluated entries in a highly rigorous process, focusing on measurable impact, execution quality, sustainability, and feasibility. Among the winners, MyRemotely.ai received Innovator of the Year in real estate, Priyam Das earned recognition in Data Analytics & Big Data, and Sai Sruthi Puchakayala received an award in enterprise software. The jury brought together professionals who design, build, and scale AI systems in business environments. Dmitry Masyuk leads the development of AI-powered search systems, Mehulkumar Joshi designs and implements large-scale data platforms, and Shruti Dash applies advanced modeling to measure and optimize performance at scale.

The event also stood out as a space where professional dialogue translated into meaningful connections. As a jury member and EdTech entrepreneur, Timofei Rogov noted during the forum: “We could use Cases & Faces platform to meet potential partners, share applied insights, and align on how AI integrates into business workflows.”

The conference program complemented this framework with insights from 9 global experts, reinforcing the practical direction of enterprise AI. In “Between You and AI. Hybrid Skills and the Future of Work,” Andrea Iorio explained how organizations restructure roles around collaboration between humans and systems. In a related interview, he put it directly: “The future of work is dominated by the combination between AI and humans and not by the substitution of AI by humans.”

The professional discussion also moved into a less obvious area of AI adoption – its impact on customer loyalty and long-term value. Camila Ferreira highlighted the limitations of efficiency-driven AI adoption. In an interview, she noted: “AI is mostly focused on making things easier, but not necessarily connecting emotions to the services and products that companies deliver.” She added, “It’s actually the emotion, the foundation of trust that over time leads to loyalty that is sustained long-term revenue.”

Another theme emerged around AI agents and the risks of scaling automation. In “Agents as a Service: Boom or Bust,” Richmond Taylor shared practical implementation principles. He stated: “Whatever skill you want to automate, make sure it’s sandboxed and test it out… whether that’s inbound sales, research, or marketing content.” He added: “When you’re looking into AI agents, make sure you focus on security first and reliability second… If you want to build agents, make sure they can do the job 100% of the time. If not, always include a human in the loop.”

The most important insight from the International Business Conference and Award “Cases&Faces” captures the current stage of enterprise AI. The event demonstrated how AI moves from experimentation into measurable business impact. Augmentation defines this moment, positioning human judgment at the center of AI-driven systems. Organizations build around this model to deliver performance, and Cases&Faces has evolved into a global platform where esteemed participants demonstrate this transformation in practice.
