Reason for the Delay in the Disclosure of the Financial Results
As announced in the press release dated April 17, 2026, “Announcement Regarding Receipt of the Third-Party Committee’s Investigation Report (Final Report) and Our Company’s Response,” we received the final report from the Third-Party Committee.
Given the above result, we are currently working on corrections to financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, and subsequent years, as well as preparing the financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
These procedures remain ongoing at present and are expected to take a considerable amount of time.
As a result, we have decided to postpone the disclosure of financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. -
