Bringing decades of legal expertise, entrepreneurial success, and deep-rooted community service, Lopez-Palma is committed to assist and connect eligible buyers to available grants.
As the only candidate actively facilitating access to critical housing assistance, Lopez-Palma Lopez-Palma champions homeownership with unique initiatives helping Broward County residents who are eligible and educating them how to secure up to 80,000 in housing grants where available in broward cities.
“Homeownership is the cornerstone of the American Dream and the foundation of a strong, stable community,” said Mery Lopez-Palma. “I am running for State Representative because the hardworking families of District 102 deserve a leader who doesn’t just talk about the housing crisis, but actively works to solve it. Beyond her legal work and advocacy for housing, Lopez-Palma is the proud owner of Vicky Bakery Weston/Sunrise Location and a tireless volunteer. She is deeply involved in the Broward School District, where she volunteers her time to educate students about the U.S. Constitution and constitutional law.
As a Florida Founder of the 917 Society (917society.org ), she collaborates with a dedicated team of volunteers to distribute Constitutions to schools during Constitution Week. Demonstrating her commitment to civic education, she planned and hosted the first Broward County fundraiser for the organization, successfully raising funds to print and distribute Constitutions to all 8th-grade students across the county.
Her extensive civic involvement also includes serving as the Southwest Ranches Precinct Committeewoman for Broward County, further demonstrating her dedication to grassroots community leadership.
