CLEVELAND, April 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Tradesmen International, a premier provider of skilled craft professionals, today announced two key leadership appointments that will further position the organization for long-term growth and operational excellence.
Mallika Fawcett has been promoted to General Counsel, where she will lead the company’s legal strategy, including corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. Fawcett has been instrumental in aligning legal frameworks with business objectives, ensuring the organization is well-positioned to scale while navigating an evolving regulatory landscape.

Fawcett has been an integral part of Tradesmen International since 2018. During her tenure, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and deep expertise across complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and regulatory compliance. Her ability to align legal strategy with business objectives has made her a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business teams across the organization.
In addition, Tiffanie Brinson has joined the company as Chief People Officer, responsible for leading enterprise-wide people strategy, including talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience. Brinson brings a strong track record of building high-performing cultures and aligning workforce strategies with business growth.

Most recently, Brinson served as Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Ubique Group, where she established the company’s first end-to-end People & Culture function and led multiple enterprise-wide transformations. Under her leadership, the organization achieved engagement scores above national benchmarks and created a culture of performance-driven accountability.
