HAMILTON, Bermuda–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (āAspenā) announced today the closing of its upsized initial public offering of 13,250,000 of its Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.001 per share (āordinary sharesā), at a price to the public of $30.00 per ordinary share. The ordinary shares were sold by certain entities managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (the āselling shareholdersā). In connection with the offering, the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,987,500 ordinary shares. The ordinary shares began trading under the ticker symbol āAHLā on the New York Stock Exchange on May 8, 2025.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup and Jefferies acted as lead book-running managers for the offering.
