TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–DREAM RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (TSX: DRR.U and TSX: DRR.UN) (“Dream Residential REIT” or the “REIT”) today announced its December 2023 monthly distribution in the amount of US$0.035 per unit (US$0.42 annualized). The December distribution will be payable on January 15, 2024 to unitholders of record as at December 29, 2023.
