Windjammer Capital Expands Senior Investment Team with the Addition of Evan Klebe and Beth Lesniak; Meredith Stein Joins as Head of Investor Relations

New senior team members bring deep investment and industry expertise as Windjammer continues to strengthen its middle-market private equity platform

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. & WALTHAM, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Windjammer Capital (“Windjammer”), a national private equity investment firm focused on control equity investments in middle-market businesses, announced today that Evan Klebe and Beth Lesniak have joined the firm’s investment team as Managing Director and Principal, respectively, while Meredith Stein has joined as Head of Investor Relations. These appointments demonstrate Windjammer’s ongoing investment in senior talent and its commitment to enhancing both its investment capabilities and investor engagement.


Mr. Klebe brings extensive investing experience to his new role at Windjammer. Most recently, Mr. Klebe was a Managing Director at Beach Point Capital Management, where he helped found and lead the firm’s private equity group. Earlier in his career, Mr. Klebe held investment roles at Lindsay Goldberg and 3i Group, and began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank.

Ms. Lesniak joins Windjammer as a Principal on the investment team, bringing deep experience identifying, evaluating and executing investments across multiple sectors, including industrials and business services. Prior to joining Windjammer, Ms. Lesniak held investment roles at Norwest Equity Partners, Grey Mountain Partners, and The Riverside Company. She began her career in investment banking at Wachovia Securities and Citigroup.

Mr. Sepe brings significant industry knowledge in industrials and life sciences, enhancing the firm’s ability to source and execute differentiated investment opportunities in these sectors. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Hamilton Lane and L.E.K. Consulting.

Ms. Stein joins Windjammer as Head of Investor Relations, bringing extensive experience in private markets fundraising and investor communications. In this role, she will lead the firm’s investor relations strategy, fundraising initiatives, and limited partner engagement, further strengthening Windjammer’s partnerships with its global investor base. Prior to joining Windjammer, Ms. Stein held senior investor relations roles at Flexpoint Ford, Cross Ocean Partners and Avenue Capital Group. She began her career at Arden Asset Management.
