
Employee benefits lawyer will provide update on recent lawsuits at conference

Beall will present during the 71st Annual Employee Benefits Conference, hosted by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The session, titled “Attorneys: Employee Benefits Fiduciary Litigation Update,” will be presented at 9:15 a.m. HST on Nov. 11, 2025.
Beall will discuss recent trends in fiduciary litigations filed against plans and fiduciaries and how the allegations in these lawsuits can shape the legal advice given to fiduciaries to mitigate the litigation risk. He will address Pharmacy Benefits Manager, excessive fee, pension risk transfer, and forfeiture cases.
