He also held leadership roles as CEO of Midland Bank PLC, President of the Global Retail Bank at Bank of America Corporation, and President of Consumer Services at AT&T. He has served on the boards of more than two dozen high-impact companies, including Huron Consulting, Cognizant, IMS Health, RJR/Nabisco, NetSpend, NuBank, Alkami Technology, Argus Information, FeatureSpace, Thredd, and CLIP.
