Vizgen combined results from MERFISH 2.0โข gene expression data generated on the MERSCOPE Ultraโข with data collected from InSituPlexยฎ (ISP) multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) in sequential sections to decode the complexity of the tumor-immune microenvironment (TiME). In its session on November 7th at SITC, Vizgen will delve into how to co-register two established high-quality datasets to fuel multi-omic research.
