MONTRÉAL, Nov. 20, 2025 /CNW/ – Videotron Ltd. (“Videotron“) today announced the closing of its issuance and sale of C$800 million aggregate principal amount of 3.950% Series 3 Senior Notes due October 15, 2032 previously announced on October 21, 2025 (the “Notes“).
