The report provides a transparent overview of S&S’s 2024 sustainability achievements across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas, underscoring its long-term support of people, planet, and responsible business practices.

2024 Sustainability Highlights
- Renewable Energy Leadership: Generated more than 2.6 million kWh of renewable energy across five distribution centers and corporate headquarters through solar investments
- Water Conservation: Installed 108 low-flow toilets and 23 waterless urinals, saving hundreds of thousands of gallons annually, while employee refill stations eliminated the use of an estimated 895,000 single-use plastic bottles
- Employee Development & Safety: Launched new leadership training programs, invested 3,000+ hours in safety training, and expanded employee wellbeing programs
- Community Engagement: Through the S&S Grant Program and other partnerships, contributed over $200,000 in apparel donations and more than $100,000 in monetary and in-kind support to nonprofits across North America
