Recognition highlights the 30th ESSENCE Festival of Culture and the impact of Reach3’s Brand Experience Predictor solution

The recognition highlights their collaboration on the 30th ESSENCE Festival of Culture presented by Coca-Cola, honoring the campaign as one of the year’s best-in-class examples of inclusive marketing.
The ANA Multicultural and Inclusive Marketing Excellence Awards celebrate the teams and campaigns that are raising the bar by showing up credibly and authentically with diverse audiences. Coca-Cola’s activation at the 2024 ESSENCE Festival focused on deepening the brand’s emotional connection within the Black community, especially Black women, through immersive, memorable experiences and real-time feedback.
Coca-Cola tapped into Reach3 Insights’ Brand Experience Predictor (BXP) solution to capture attendee voices before, during, and after the festival. The program used a full-funnel, multi-phase approach that included: pre-event testing to establish a baseline of brand affinity, emotional connection, and expectations; in-the-moment mobile surveys and video feedback to capture authentic emotional reactions; and post-event SMS follow-ups that measured the lasting impact on brand sentiment, cultural relevance, and consumer behavior.
The results were powerful with engagement levels that significantly outperformed industry benchmarks.
