In 2024, Printemps selected Jesta’s proven retail technology following a comprehensive evaluation of more than 30 software vendors, with advisory support from Jesta partner Sophelle, a global retail management consultancy. From the outset, the retailer adopted a distinctive merchandise ownership model, with Printemps owning nearly all inventory across the store floor.
