Pharmacy network delivers over 6.5 million MTM services, generating $93 million in pharmacy revenue and improving outcomes nationwide
ORLANDO, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Outcomes® today announced a record-setting first half of 2025 for its nationwide pharmacy network, reflecting the growing importance of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians’ role in advancing patient-centered care. From January through June, the network completed more than 6.5 million medication therapy management (MTM) services, a 21% increase compared to the first half of 2024.
More than 170,000 pharmacists and technicians across community, chain, and health-system pharmacies delivered interventions that helped patients better understand and manage their medications, close care gaps and improve adherence. These efforts contributed to stronger health outcomes for patients and measurable cost savings for payers.
The first half of the year also included several new milestones. In March, pharmacists completed a record 475,000 MTM services in a single week, while February saw multiple days with more than 10,000 comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) completed per day. In total, these efforts generated approximately $93 million in revenue for pharmacies through service and validation fees.
