Jutca built her career at PwC, IBM, and Deloitte, where she led large-scale HR transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies. More recently, she has focused on middle- and upper-middle-market clients, guiding process and system optimization, organizational right-sizing, and M&A execution. Her track record includes leading carve-outs and stand-ups of HR functions spanning people, processes, and systems under transition timelines of four months or less. She also brings extensive experience in technology stack optimization and system implementations across sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services.
