The 30th White House Press Secretary to Join Board of Directors of Old Glory Bank Upon Clearing Regulatory Approvals.

ELMORE CITY, Okla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Old Glory Bank, America’s favorite Freedom Economy bank, has invited Mr. Sean Spicer to join its Board of Directors once regulatory approvals are obtained. The Board Members and Co-Founders of Old Glory Bank and Old Glory Holding Company are comprised of some of America’s most prominent freedom fighters, including Secretary Ben Carson, John Rich, Larry Elder, and Governor Mary Fallin-Christensen.

Sean Spicer served as the 30th White House Press Secretary and the White House Communications Director under President Trump’s first term. Previously, he was the Communications Director of the Republican National Committee from 2011 to 2017 and its Chief Strategist from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Spicer has been a member of the United States Navy Reserve since 1999 and currently holds the rank of Commander. Recently, President Trump nominated Mr. Spicer to serve on the U.S. Naval Academy’s Board of Visitors. Mr. Spicer’s podcast is called The Sean Spicer Show, and he is a contributor with NewsNation.

“Sean is a customer and owner of Old Glory Bank and has been a long-time friend helping us build America’s premier Freedom Economy bank,” says Mike Ring, Old Glory Bank’s Co-Founder, President & CEO. “Sean has been advising me and our Executive Chairman and Co-Founder, Bill Shine, on our mini-IPO, and we asked him to formally join our Board,” Ring continued. “We are blessed that Sean agreed to be a Board member, which will be effective when we obtain necessary regulatory approvals,” said Ring.

“I’ve long supported Old Glory Bank’s vision of being a market response to the debanking and the improper sharing of customer data, both of which the big banks have done for years,” said Spicer. “Old Glory Bank’s growth from $10 million in deposits to now over $190 million in less than two years demonstrates the demand by America for market alternatives to the woke banks. I especially love Old Glory Protect, a free $100,000 line-of-duty death benefit for our protectors who bank with Old Glory Bank and set up direct deposit. I’m honored to join their Board and help them continue to find ways to serve Americans who love our great country.”

Since Old Glory Bank began offering online accounts in April 2023, they have added more than 60,000 customers across all 50 states and have grown customer deposits from about $10 million to over $190 million in 23 months. “Our mission statement is the US Constitution, and we quickly restored banking freedom to all of America,” said Ring.

Old Glory Bank became the community bank for all of America by offering personal accounts, business accounts, Old Glory Pay (OGB’s cancel-proof, closed-loop payment solution), debit cards, credit cards, home loans, business loans, free overdraft protection, charitable round-ups, and Old Glory Cash-IN, where customers can easily deposit cash into their OGB account at over 88,000 retail stores. Terms and conditions apply to these products and features.
