With this launch, NextPlat is strategically positioned to capture a share of the rapidly expanding global vitamins and nutraceuticals market, driven by rising consumer demand for preventive health, convenient wellness solutions, and trusted premium products.
Brought to market through dedicated online storefronts in the United States, the UK, and multiple European markets under an international expansion plan, the product rollout will be supported by the Company’s Shopify Preferred Partner advertising team, who bring extensive experience in launching and marketing within the vitamins and nutraceuticals niche. The Company will also utilize an Artificial-intelligence (AI)-powered digital advertising platform service enabling it to reach consumers across top social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, YouTube and Microsoft. Additionally, the Company is now preparing for its entry into the large Chinese market on Alibaba Group Holding Limited’s Tmall Global following receipt of approval from the e-Commerce platform. While such tariffs are currently suspended, should significant new tariffs be placed on U.S.-produced goods by China, the Company will need to evaluate alternatives which could include adjusting pricing, halting sales or relocating production to other regions including China.
