Through the partnership, NPI will be offering two new services: a short-term Rapid Performance Assessment and a longer-term Performance Advisor service. Both services use Polis TrustStat™ to enable agencies to leverage their BWC footage to derive actionable, data-driven insights from officer-citizen contacts and provide custom analysis and evaluations to support optimization of operations, training, and administration. Instead of relying on random, isolated incidents to inform policy, training, and performance, both the Rapid Performance Assessment and Performance Advisor enable agencies to efficiently and accurately glean actionable insights from large volumes of BWC footage.
