As mPulse continues to deliver high-impact touchpoints that enhance member onboarding, close care gaps, and improve navigation and retention, the company is pleased to announce the appointment of Eileen Cianciolo as Chief Product Officer (CPO). In this role, Eileen will oversee product strategy, which includes integrating capabilities across predictive analytics, omnichannel engagement, health portals, and regulated member communications. Most recently, Eileen held the CPO role at Clarity Software Solutions and prior to that, was in the same role at Icario. Bringing over 20 years of leadership experience to the company, Eileen will continue to develop mPulse’s HXI strategy, allowing health plans to deliver engagement programs more efficiently across departments and power optimization through member insights across products.
